Exercise Across Abbott continues to be our flagship challenge. We’re excited to announce that we’re adding new features to enhance the overall experience, focused on strengthening your mind and your body so you can be at your healthiest.
Join the “Eat Well, Stay Strong” personal challenge when you create your account. The 7-day challenge, from April 14-20, focuses on eating more veggies each day. This is a great way to improve eating habits before Exercise Across Abbott starts.
Join the “Be Kind, Well Mind” personal challenge – a new 7-day challenge, from June 9 –15, focusing on showing kindness toward others to create connection and positivity, as well as continuing to boost your own physical and mental health.
