Showing kindness can have a profound impact not only on the recipient, but also on your own physical and mental health. Studies show that acts of kindness can help to reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and promote increased happiness and emotional well-being.

HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

  • Registration opens May 28 from within your Sprout at Work account.
  • The 7-day challenge runs from June 9-15. You’ll use your Sprout at Work account to participate.
  • Complete and track 1 act of kindness each day of the challenge.
  • There are many ways to show kindness, from a simple smile to volunteering your time to help. Some other examples include giving someone a genuine compliment, writing a thank you note, paying for someone’s morning coffee, listening to a coworker with your full attention, or sending an encouraging text message.
